Life has been pretty busy lately!! It seems that we have had alot to celebrate in the month of August, weddings, and babies, and birthdays, oh my! So since things have been busy (did I mention I have not even unpacked since our last trip to Dallas for a wedding--Why unpack when you are going back the next weekend?) I have not been cooking much at home! Ben is playing catch-up at work and I have been spending alot of time in front of the TV watching the rangers (can't wait to see them in person Friday--Ben's early birthday gift!) with a salad, or some other non-recipe worthy meal!
